Endpoint Protection

Good morning all,
I am upgrading my Symantec Antivirus from Symantec enterprise 10.1.8.8000 to Symantec Endpoint 11 RU5. I have installed the server with SQL backend successfully. Now, I need to know how to upgrade my clients from Symantec enterprise 10.1.8.8000 to Symantec Endpoint 11 RU5? Does anyone know the best practice? Has anyone done the similar project? I appreciate all suggestions.
