Endpoint Protection

 I would like to upgrade from 10.1.5.5002 to the most current version, 10.2.x.  Where can I find a download for it? Do I have to dl the intervening versions 10.1.6, 10.1.7 etc.... Please email me at jdrelyea@hotmail.com. thanks

You would need to log in with Fileconnect or Platinum to download the latest SAV build. You will need your serial number to gain access.  You can migrate straight to 10.2 from your build

 I downloaded my version from download.com so I do not have a serial #. Is there a location in the program where I can find it?

 Did you buy the program ? or is it a free un-licensed download ?
If you bought it you will get a email for product registration from that you will get the serial number.
