I have SEPM 11.0.6005 and it now end of life and there is no definition update and need to upgrading to 12.1.5.

Need to know the best way to upgrading, can i upgrade directly from 11.0.6005 to 12.1.5 or not?

You can go right to12.1.5. Download 12.1.5 from fileconnect using your serial number. 12.1.5 will install right over any previous version.

Important note: The SEP 12.1 SEPM upgrade installer requires three times the current database size (sem5.db) if upgrading from pre-12.1 SEPM with the embedded database only.
