  • 1.  URGENT, Our business can not email our bank who are using messagelabs

    I see from the forums a few people having similar issues so I'll cut to the chase;

    Our details (sender);

    198.54.121.121 > server1.ssab.ws
    198.54.121.122 > mail.ssab.ws

    Our Bank details (receiver);

    anz.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = cluster3vk.eu.messagelabs.com
    anz.com MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = cluster3vka.eu.messagelabs.com

    The issue;

    When we send emails from ____@ssab.ws they are not being received by ____@anz.com ; No bounce back error.

    Our hosting services have confirmed that the emails snet has been received by the bank's email server.

    We can receive bank emails fine.

    Please whitelist us or whatever needs to be done so we can resolve this issue, crtitical that we have email comms with the bank!

    I hope that is enough info, please email rick@ssab.ws if you need more details

    Not sure if I'm doing this right, I sent an email to investigation@review.symantec.com from rick@ssab.ws which is my normal email address I send correnspondence to ____@anz.com - am I doing this correctly?

    As stated, there is no bounceback message from ___@anz.com

    Hi Rick,

    Can you please ask few of your users having this issue to follow steps below so we can get a sample email for review:

     

    Outlook instructions for the sender:

    Please go to your sent/outbox folder.
    Open the email which was blocked and then press CTRL+ALT+F
    In the new window add CLOUDfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com as recipient add  Tropic thunder  in the subject

     

    Once completed please reply back with the following information:
    o The user's email who sent the sample email:
    o Date of submission:
    o Subject of submission:

    We also have the following issue when sending to multiple remote domain who are customers of Symantec Email Cloud.

     

    As much as I would like to believe it is my Exchange 2010 server issue. Too much of a coincidence that so many threads posting by others as well that are unable to send to remote domains, of Symantec Customers.

     

    Sending IP 202.40.250.105

    domain - abs.org.sg

     

    Recipient domains.

    -cimb.com

    -pphg.com

    -marinabaysands.com

    -ntuc.org.sg

    -tokiomarine-life.sg
