    Hello,

My system drive seems to have been corrupted while trying to install Windows 10 Version 1803 update. After booting the system, it asks me to enter my credentials at 2 different Symantec Encryption screens and then just sits there with a flashing cursor.

I tried to use our Endpoint Encryption Recovery CD to decrypt the drives in this systm (there are actually multiple physical drives, some of which are in a raid 5 array). The first disk that I decrypted was the boot disk, which went fine.  I then tried to decrypt the other volumes and it won't let me. It tells me that my admin password is incorrect and also won't allow me to use the helpdesk recovery method saying that the keys are incorrect.

What can be done?  The data on the RAID volumes is irreplacable.

    Please help!

    Thank you,

    Sean

Proper procedure is to decrypt the boot disk last,  You should call support and verify what next steps are. You can't afford a total loss of data from your description.
