  • 1.  USB storage not able to access in windows 7 pc's

    I have Symantec endpoint protaction server 14.0.1 connected with multiple systems.I blocked usb through endpoint protection.Now i enabled one HDD based on devide ID.Here one dificulty i am facing that enabled usb is working only in windows 10.In windows 7 os i am not able to access the USB.

    Same time in windows 7 ,In device management mentioned usb device is showing with Yellow exclamation mark.

    Does the Device ID differ from Winows 7 compared to Windows 10? What does DevViewer show?

    Thanks for your comment.Here divice ID was differ in windows 7 so i added that ID as well now its working fine.
