    Dear Support

    More machine use gather Inventory (Hardware and Operating System) run inventory , the inventory files will update to (C:\Program Files\altiris\Inventory\NSI) , process run to  (CLN OS Operating System.nsi) file the (Aexnsclient) agent will stop.

    Hi scfung,

    1) Which Inventory Solution version are you using?

    2) Which OS version are you using?

    3) Do you have others computerts with this problem?

    1) Symantec Mangement agent 7.0.8800.1800 , Altiris inventory Agent 7.0.1332

    2) Windows 7

    3) 200 computers with this problem

    Anything in the windows logs? Did you try a clone of the inventory policy with different settings? A malformed policy could crash the agent. Did it work before?

    Thank you

    Windows Event log show (Event ID 7034) , run Software and File Properties inventory no this issue , only hardware with this problem , reinstall the agent still with this problem.
