Control Compliance Suite

I am trying to download the User Guide documentation for CCS from the following link:

However, the PDF link at the bottom there seems broken. Can someone provide a working link?

Thats precisely where the link i previously mentioned redirects to.. the PDF document would not download though :(

Gives an error message on chrome

Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.

edit: just realised you need the guide for CCS and not CCS VM... I'll see what I have stashed away...
