    Hello! I have a problem with user registration in Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11.2

    What is this "Error : -12368" ???     I could not find information on the forum.

    This is a common issue, and typically means the drive is already protected by BitLocker.  Please see below:

    Searching for -12368 on https://support.symantec.com/us/en.html got me exactly these results, only.  I'd highly recommend searching there as a first step for future issues, as there's a large body of historical issues addressed in Symantec's KB Articles.

    Oh yeah, I'd also recommend you upgrade to 11.3 as well, as Win 1903 support was added in a later version of SEE than the one you're using.

    Finally, I tried searching for -12368 in the forums as well, and found that the "-" symbol messes with the search function, and suspect it is treated as an operator.  If you search for 12368 alone, you get more relevant results.
