    hi Gokikrishnan,

    follow are pre-defined user roles available in CCS. You can also configure custom roles too.

    Role Name Description
    Assets Viewer Views asset and asset-group details.
    Auditor Views all compliance reports and evaluation results.
    CCS Administrator Manages CCS infrastructure settings and assigns roles and permissions.
    CCS User Performs common tasks in CCS like creating dynamic dashboards and panels.
    Entitlements Administrator Performs entitlements-related tasks.
    Entitlements Data Owner Requests exceptions, reviews and approves entitlements, assigns the alternate data owner to the control, and views roles. 
    Exception Approver Approves any requested exceptions in the application, and manages tags.
    Exception Requestor Manages tags and requests exceptions on behalf of a user without an assigned CCS role.
    Policy Administrator Manages policy content and clarifications, publishes policies, views policy comments, assets and asset group details, and roles.
    Policy Approver Approves policies, manages policy comments, views the asset and asset group details, the policy and policy content details, and the roles.
    Policy Audience Accepts or declines the policies, and requests exceptions and clarifications.
    Policy Reviewer Reviews policies, manages policy comments, views the asset and asset group details, the policy and policy content details, and roles.
    Power User Configures the application, manages audits and licenses.
    Remediation Administrator Performs remediation related tasks.
    Report Result Viewer Views the job details, the reports and dashboards, and the report and dashboard templates.
    Reporting Administrator Performs reports-related and dashboards-related tasks.
    Risk Author Performs common tasks in CCS like creating risk objectives.
    Standards Administrator Perform tasks related to the CCS Standards system and SCAP Content system.
    Standards Evaluator Manages data collection and evaluation jobs, views evaluation results, manages tags, requests exceptions, generates and views reports and dashboards
