    Hi,

Currently in CCS you can not use sudo and RBAC( for solaris 10) at same time. You can either enable or disable sudo in BVC unix. if you enable sudo, Solaris 10  will not work because it uses RBAC( enhanced option that sudo in Solaris 10) . If you disable sudo Solaris 10 with RBAC works but you can not use sudo on other platforms like Redhat,Suse. Impact is that you can not use default query credentials on all unix platforms at the same time because there is only one credential database set up for one account for data imports. Because of that we need to change passwords manually for around 200 servers, definitely frustrating. Also inability to use sudo on other platforms is ofcourse not secure.

Do someone know whethere this is going to change in future versions? Can this be different in CCS 10? We are on 8.6.

    Thanks
