    Hi,

    This problem happened again. I have tried to add the installation file path to SONAR exception.

    Pleaes help.

    What happend when you disabled sep client ?

    If disabled or no SEP installed, the installation complete smoothly without any error.

    Try disabling tamper protection, SEP is not allowing registry modification. You may have Application / device control enabled. check that as well.

    There is no log found, just installation failure / error prompt

    Why not temporarily disable SEP and get it installed?

    If you've added all the necessary exclusions, call support for further help.

    Since end users always access with VB program (actually this problem not only happen while installing VB).

    Thus, we can't disable is for users.

    And yuo've entered all the necessary exceptions for it? Have you checked with microsoft for necessary exclusions?
