    Thanks,
    Sam

I have Symantec_Encryption_Desktop_10.4.1_MP2HF1_Windows running on systems with clean installations (not upgrades or updates) of Win 10 64-bit v. 1709. I have encountered no problems. We do not run MS Windows 10 security patches with SED installed because beginning in March of April of this year (with v 1703) monthly Win 10 patches have either taken approximately 24 hours to complete or left our systems in endless loops of completing Windows updates requiring that the systems be re-imaged. I do not know whether Symantec has fixed this, as I haven't tried running patches with SED installed since July.

Can you explain the difference between 10.4.1 vs 10.4.1-MP2HF1?

I've just experienced three different model laptops BSOD, making the drives unaccessible after encrypting the drives wiht the 10.4.1 versions on a clean install of Windows version 1709.
