New to brightmail.  Now have mail flowing through it.  I can see what is being quarantined but I cannot find how to search for mail that was processed and forwarded to our exchange server.  The version we are running is verson 9.   Also in viewing the headers how can you tell what scoring brightmail is assigning.  This would helpful in dialing in the threshold score for spam which currently is set to the default of 72. Thanks

    Hi,

You can use Message Audit Logs to search for messages and track what happened to those message.  Please see the topic "Enabling the Message Audit Log" on page 643 in Symantec Brightmail Gateway (SBG) 9.0 Administration Guide for details.

    Regards,

    Adnan

Symantec doesn't seem to like sharing scoring, lest the spammers figure it out.

Mail delivery - look at Status, Message Audit Logs.  You need to enable message audit logs in Admin / logs / near the bottom.  Near the top, I set Mail transer Agent logs in Information

It's working for me now.  Any how-to/intro videos online to brightmail that you know of?
