    Hi,

    I'm setting up a new installation and have installed and started configuring a Gateway.

    Authentication is working from a command line test and LDAP Directory synchronisation is working as the user gets updated in the cloud store, so there is some connectivity between the gateway and the cloud.

    When I try to map a user group in the Gateway console, no groups are listed in the VIP User Group drop down and there's an error message 'Unable to list the VIP User Groups.  Ensure that the VIP Enterprise Gateway server is connected to VIP Service.'

    I get a similar error when tring to map an admin group.

    Has anyone seen this before and do you know what the cause of this is?
