Hi,
We're trying to use ADFS to authenticate users to the cloud self-service portal.
The ADFS authentication succeeds and we end up being redirected to the Symantec VIP SSO screen, but the login fails.
Does anyone know if there any logs available to me to show what the issue is? VIP Manager seems to be the only possible place and that just has reports, not logs.
