Virus found are all Left alone

    Hi All,

    Good day.

    I'm getting concern with this kind of threat as I always see alot everyday from different machines. I just want to know about why SEP always taken action on this malware as Left Alone.

    Because it can't remove, for various reasons:

    Best Practices for responding to "Left Alone" in the virus or threat history log

    It could be a critical system file or locked by the OS or in use. Or doesn't have permissions.

    You will need to manually remove.

    Also, make sure you don't have one of your actions set to "Leave Alone" in your AV policy.
