Hello,
I 2scanners and a control center in VM 8.3.11.
The Control Center is blocked on the synchronization service to reboot??
Unable to connect putty??

    If I understand your issue correctly when you reboot the appliance the boot sequence is stopped at "Starting synchronization service"  Below is a link to our document on this issue.  The simple version is login as admin and run "clear syncdata."  If you are unable to log into the box using ssh than your only resolution is an OS Restore using the disk image .iso file.

Hi,

John has already provided the KB article (2009111307211054) that describes the issue with LDAPSync that you are running into, but I am wondering why are you not able to connect using ssh client (puTTY), because sshd (ssh daemon) starts BEFORE LDAPSync (Synchronization) service as you can see in the following Control Center boot sequence on my lab box:



And as soon as the ssh daemon (sshd) starts, you should be able to login using ssh client.
