Ghost Solution Suite

I'm attempting to do a hot backup of a 32bit Win 2003 Server system, and getting the following event log entry each time:
Faulting application Ghost32.exe, version 11.5.1.2266, faulting module vssapi.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0001fae1.

Googling around I can't seem to find other references to that error, and am at a loss as to how to correct it.

Are you doing hot imaging stuff? If yes then Windows 2003 server and all other server platforms are not supported as hot imaging.
