When an email is sent from our PGP Web Email Protection server to an external user, it is being blocked by their email gateways.
Situation:
1. One of our internal employees sends an email to multiple customers (example.net).
2. One of those external users signs into the Web Email Protection website and does a Reply-All, this sends a reply back to us as well as the other users at example.net.
3. The email is delivered to us fine, but the other users at example.net never get secured PDF or a notification because that email is addressed from an Example.net address. The email gateway at example.net is doing SPF checks, so it sees the from address domain does not match the IP (our pgp server).
Is there any way to just send all notification emails from one of our domain email addresses instead of spoofing the customers email address?
