    IN our network environment we have 4 web gateway in that two web gateway not responding for the internet traffic. do the need full.

     

    Note : Device license got expired . order is placed on Symantec and we are yet to receive renewal

    What troubleshooting have you performed so far?

    Do you even knwo if the SWG's are seeing traffic?  Enable the packet logging to verify what (if anything) the SWGs are seeing:

    Does the Raw traffic counter on the Executive Summary increment?

    Hi Shiva91,

     

    If you license expires you can approach your account manager for a trail license which would be for around 30 days. Cause generally without a license you wont be able to connect to internet.

     

    I believe 30 days is good enough for symantec to provided you an actuall license for SWG. Please also perform the TB step mentioned by SMLatCST to find out if it a different issue.
