I updated to Version 3.2. that´s Build 4461 and had to find out that something is wrong with the WebMessenger translation.
Using Standard Template clicking -- Help -- you will find the following situation (partly translated, partly not):

- Digitale ID bzw. digitales Zertifikat: (PGP Universal soll mir eine digitale ID bzw. ein digitales Zertifikat zur Installation in meinem E-Mail-Client senden, damit ich die Nachrichten, die ich mit dieser Site austausche, schützen kann). Wählen Sie diese Option, damit PGP Universal eine neue digitale ID bzw. ein neues digitales Zertifikat für Sie erstellt. E-Mails aus dieser Domäne werden zukünftig unter Verwendung dieses Zertifikats verschlüsselt und an Ihren regulären E-Mail-Posteingang gesendet. Wenn Sie bereits einen Schlüssel oder eine digitale ID bzw. ein digitales Zertifikat haben, wählen Sie diese Option nicht.
- Schlüssel oder digitale ID bzw. digitales Zertifikat: (I have an OpenPGP Key or digital ID/certificate (X.509, S/MIME) that I want to use to secure messages I exchange with this site) If you are already a PGP Desktop user and have a PGP Key, or have a digital ID/X.509 certificate, upload your public key or certificate. Future messages from users in this domain are encrypted with that key or certificate. You provide the public portion of your key or certificate in a file (.asc format for PGP keys, .pem or .crt formats for X.509 certificates, .p7b or .p7c formats for PKCS #7, or .p12 or .pfx formats for PKCS #12 certificates) or copy and paste your PGP key into the space provided. Future email messages from this domain will be encrypted using your key or certificate and sent to your regular email Inbox.
- PDF Messenger: Have all future email delivered by PDF Messenger directly to your regular email Inbox. Plain text email sent to you from this domain is converted to PDF format and encrypted to your passphrase, then delivered as an attachment to an email generated by PGP Universal Web Messenger. If you choose this option, can specify whether to save your reply messages written with PGP Universal PDF Messenger Secure Reply to a Sent Mail folder. If you decline to save replies to a Sent Mail folder, they appear as PDF Messenger messages in your regular email inbox.
- Reguläre E-Mail: Erhalten Sie künftige Nachrichten von Absendern in dieser Domäne ungesichert direkt in Ihren regulären Posteingang. Sollten Sie "Reguläre E-Mail" ausgewählt haben, bedeutet dies nicht unbedingt, dass Sie von dieser Domäne ungesicherte E-Mail-Nachrichten erhalten. Wenn die Nachricht aus einer Domäne gesendet wird, in der das Sichern von Nachrichten erforderlich ist, erhalten Sie die Nachricht dennoch über PGP Universal Web Messenger. Mit dieser Option wird lediglich angegeben, dass Sie es vorziehen, Nachrichten per regulärer E-Mail zu erhalten.

Beim Senden einer Nachricht über PGP Universal Web Messenger ist folgender Fehler aufgetreten: "Folgende Adressen waren nicht in der ursprünglichen Empfängerliste enthalten und werden nicht von diesem PGP Universal Server verwaltet."
If you are replying to a message, you can only send it to people who were on the original message’s recipient list. If you are writing a new message, you can only send messages to people who already have keys stored by PGP Universal Web Messenger, these are probably limited to individuals within the same network domain. For example, if the original message you received was from jsmith@example.com, other people with email addresses ending "@example.com" probably also have keys stored here. People with email addresses outside the domain probably do not have keys stored here.

where
- WMHelp.over.delivery.9 -- seems to be completly wrong, because it is the same as WMHelp.over.delivery.7
- WMHelp.over.delivery.11 -- seems to be okay, but obviously isn´t - there is no difference in spelling between the content in WMHelp.html and WMHelp.properties
- WMHelp.trouble.error.1 -- message's (.properties) vs. message’s (.html)
