Hi, not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place, but as a new user of this forum I'm finding it a tad difficult to find what I need!

My question relates to the bult in Web Summary report, this has a section called "Top 20 users by bandwidth"

One of my heavy bandwidth users comes near the top on every report I run, however the user is shown as "*ERROR* NO_USER_TOKEN", I can't find out what this means exactly....

Has anyone else come across this who could possibly shed some light on it?

Hi John,

I'm assuming you're seeing that in the portal.threatpulse.com UI, right? If so, I recently attempted to find that information myself, and it's not in any KB or product documentation. I was told I'd have to file a Symantec support ticket to get the answer...
