Hello, can any Symantec representative can explain & talk about "Beta program" & if any "earlier adopter" program existing.
For partners, I can understand there are nothing else to be ready when final version there...
But, What are the benefits for final end customers ?
I would like any "new bug" none in a KB, should pay back for the discovering people (a partner or a customer: 1'000 € per new bug should be a good start), as long discovering and not in the KB, for each different partner/customer: pay back $$ or €uros !
This can be a real good deal to motivate Symantec to update quickly KB & deliver quality !!!
For end-customers adopting a "beta" version, in a pilot before production, to plan a production for "early adopting" a service pack "0" (less and less volontaries for such...)
What are the proposal from Symantec ? any reduction ? Direct access support USA earlier product team ? etc ???
How/where can we register and subscribe. I was not having any volountaries customers in our region form CMS 7.0, but it seems i will have a few interested in for ITMS 7.1 (most for the CMS part, but also for CMDB & ASSET, perhaps also for Service Desk)
