  • 1.  What are the Trusted Root Certificates Authorities Needed By SEP?

    I have created a case with Symantec regarding installation rollback. As per Symantec, some of the Trusted Root Certificates Authorities in Internet Explorer Certificates were missing. I have escalated the issue with Microsoft and they were asking what are the exact certificates need by SEP. Any one knows this? Please help. Thank you!

    1. Workstation's Trusted Root Certificates Authorities installed with SEP installation rollback (with missing Trusted Root Certificates Authorities installed)

    Hi Jomar,

    I have seen similar installation difficulties when a GPO in Active Directory was set such that Third party certificates were not trusted.  Can you check the policies applied to those computers to see what their setting is-?
