Is there any configurations has to be done on the Live Update Server after upgrading all the clients to 14 ? Like add a new product or anything like that ?

please have a look into the attachment... This is the current product. What should be the steps to add the new product catalog ?

You'll want to update the catalog and make sure your 14 verson has been added. See here:

but i'm still not done with the client upgrade. In that case if i add the new product which is 14 beside my existing product which is 12 , Will it be capable of to download both definitions ? Since i still have 12.1 clients in my production environment.

Yes, leave the catalog there for 12.1.
