Ocassionaly I need to do a one-to-one ghost. What is fastest for this, Unicast, Directed Broadcast or Multicast? Which has the least impact on the network speed for everyone else?
What is best for a lab of computers to ghost of those three?

For one-one ghosting, You can always prefer Unicast. Its all the same when it comes with a single machine.
And for multiple machines, you can choose Multicast .
