When not using Endpoint Protection .Cloud's built in firewall, cannot enable windows firewall

    Hello,

I'm currently participating in a trial of the Endpoint Protection .Cloud service.  We do not want to use the Symantec firewall, but instead use the built in windows firewall.  When the policy for .cloud is set to disable the firewall component, the windows based firewall will not re-enable.  It allows you to go through the steps to activate it, but it never actually activates.

Is there something I need to do to get the windows firewall enabled while the .cloud firewall is disabled?

When I create the package I am only given the option of selecting a destination for the created package and if I want to be able to deploy it via Group Policy.  I don't seem to be presented with the option to disable the NTP Core component.  They all seem to be included by default.
