Where do I find access logs on the ThreatPulse portal?

  • 1.  Where do I find access logs on the ThreatPulse portal?

    Hi;

    In an on promise Proxy SG gui, you can see the access logs of user activities. My question is where do you find the equivalant in the ThreatPulse portal for users using cloud based WSS.

    Dear Wasfi,

    Note you cannot see real time logs on WSS like On Premises Proxy SG but On WSS you can download acces log from below steps.

     

    Login to WSS-->Services-->Reporting-->Logs Download.

     

    Once you download the logs you can use Bluecoat reporter as on Offline too view reports.
