  • 1.  Which CentOS kernels are supported for SEP 12.1 MP6 and MP7?

    Hello,

I'm curious about which Linux distros SEP MP6/7 can be installed on.

    I found this article:

I'm looking mostly for CentOS 5.11 and 6.8, and this article makes it seem as if both versions are not supported. Is that correct?

    Thanks,

    -Alex

So both distros are confirmed to not work with SEP? Is there a timeline on when they will be supported, if at all?

    Per the article:

Note: This list should not be considered complete and exclusive. Unless specified otherwise, kernel versions apply to both 32- and 64-bit kernels. Linux operating systems and kernels that do not appear on this list may successfully install and enable the Auto-Protect kernel module.

Have you tried installing and if so, was there an issue?

I'll try installing soon, and I'll be sure to post the results.
