  • 1.  Whitelist external recipients?

    We currently have outbound spam filtering enabled on our SBG system.  Is there any way to "whitelist" specific external recipient email addresses so that messages sent to those addresses are not blocked by spam filtering?

    Yes, enter them into the 'Local good sender domains' list, that applies to all spam detection whether its inbound or outbound.
