clients are still downloading security contents from Mangement server, while under Policy tab, LU policy, Management server is unchecked.

Client should only get the Policies and assigned task from SEPM and report to SEPM but when cheked in client logs, it is still downloading contents from Management server. 

One more question, if i want my clients should take only policy and task from SEPM, then why "download policy and content from Management server" is given under "Client view----Policy Tab---communication settings".  see attached image, While i dont want that any client should get content from SEPM.

please suggest

Probably mis-leading as this only controls policies. Did you ensure the policy applies to all groups and one was not missed?

I chcked the Policy serial no. is same on clients as on my Manager. But now the question is about SEPM architecture, if LU policy has option to unselect sepm for content then why "communication setting" has only option radio button that says "download policy and content from Management server".

I can understand policy download is required by each managed client but why content, while I already unslect this from LU policy.

Both are contradictory.

Again, it may just be bad wording, but, I can't answer that. It would need to come from Symantec.
