    Hi,

    I am unable to register the windows server with CCS manager. This is the step I followed to register-

    I clicked on the "Symantec Corporation" then "Symantec Control Compliance  Suite" Then "Agent Configuration". Once the "Configure CCS Agent" window popup. I filled out the Manager Name: xxxxxxxxxxx and the clicked on the register. Once I clicked on the register I got the error that-  "Registration failed" also I am not able to open "View Agent registration Logs"

    But I have successfully registered other servers with the same process. But I don't know why this server is not registering the CCS manager. 

     

    Please help me on that!!

    Hi Siddiq,
    can you list what .log file you see in following location:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Enterprise Security Manager\ESM\system\<hostname>\
