  • 1.  Wikipedia site is not accessible via proxy

    Hi Team,

     

    Customer is getting the below error while accssing the en.wikipedia.org site. He is getting " We are removing support for non-forward secret ciphers, specifically AES128-SHA ...."

    Please help us resove this issue.

    Note: only this url facing this issue.

    Already we are using latest browser. and proxy version 6.5.9.1.

    Dear Ramkumar,

     

    What is your proxy version ? 

     

    Can you go to configuration--> SSL-->Device Profile and see whether you are able to see AES128-SHA ciphers.

    Hi,

     

    Have you enable TLS 1.0,1.2 is your browser and also make sure all ssl version 2.0 and ohetr should be enable.

     

    Apart from that i can only RST packet in PCAP.

    TLS 1.0,1.2 already enabled. All the other sites are working except this wikipedia site.

    Hi Ram,

     

    Have you got SSL intercpetion turned on? You could always get the proxy to ignore interception for Wikipedia, if the organisation allow it.
