will system donwload full definition when we use without content package while upgrade

If you're doing an upgrade then the client should already have content therefore it will not download a full package.

Thank you, what package we need to share for better is that without content or with content package.

On the Export Package screen click the "Select" box next to Select the contents for this package.

Uncheck "Include all content in the client installation package" if you don't want content in the package, otherwise, leave it if you do.

When we upgrade it is required a reboot , if reboot is postponed for 1 or 2 hr is that AV is non complaint here or will it work with old version

Yes, a reboot is required to complete the upgrade. The client provides protection the entire time even if reboot is postponed. There is no loss of protection during and after an upgrade.It will remain on the old version until the reboot happens.
