    Hi

    We have SEP 12.1.4. MP1a and we have installed SEP client 12.1.4 MP1a on Windows 2012 server with all three componets of SEP client (virus & spyware, proactive threat, network thread) after installaiton of SEP client when we do remote desktop the screen showing black screen we cannot connect Win 2012 server with RDP. Does any issue with Win 2012 with SEP 12.1.4 MP1a or does it compatibale

    Yes It's compatibale for windows 2012.

    have you check Disabled SEP or NTP feature ?

    Have you check to stop the service, is it working while stop smc.

    Restart the server client once and check.

    There is no compatibility issue. It is supported.

    Haven't seen this but what happens if you disable SEP as a test?

    This is issue happening if you have NTP feature installed on SEP client
