    Hi

On SEPM desboard the Windows Defination show following info

    1.png

Why latest from Symantec show r4 while on manger show r16

I can browse from this SEPM server there is no internet issue

and if I am not wrong then at least "latest from Symantec" should show higher number than "on Manager" correct ?

    Thanks

    Hi Golani,

This is cosmetic issue on SEPM console...This issue will automatically resolved.

This is very usual issue which i have noticed on SEPM many times. whenever i log ticket with Symantec or post it in symantec connect. the same answer we get.

The best thing is to verify the current symantec version from the below link by choosing the correct version of SEPM.

    http://www.symantec.com/security_response/definitions.jsp

Check this old thread about the same issue

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/windows-definitions-sepm-shows-latest-symantec

I think this issue is fixed now..you can check your SEPM console..

It's just a bug. Are you on 12.1.5?
