Hello everyone,

I could support with a problem, when I enable the DLP agent my system freezes.

The letters in the icons disappear, the task bar is blocked, the search bar stops working and when you open any window the letters disappear and only remain blank.

When I disable the DLP agent it returns to normal, except that the taskbar no longer responds is blocked.

This is a problem with the currently available versions of DLP and Creators Update.  Removing DLP fixes the PC to make it usable again.  

Unfortunately Symantec's slowness to adopt to Microsoft's new release schedule means you could lose up to 25% of the time that a Feature Update is Current Branch before it becomes Current Branch for Business.  They won't promise anything faster than 30 days from release to support the new versions. 

Thank you for your response Greg, to your consideration what should I do with this case? I have 60 pcs with DLP agent and only 10 have this problem, but I worry that they will be adding more pc.

The only thing you can do now is either disable DLP on Creators Update PCs or roll them back to Anniversary Update.  It's been a full month since Creators Update has been publicly released so I'm hoping Symantec releases a compatible version in the next couple of days.
