We just upgraded from SAV 10.X to SEP 11.0.4014.26 and it appears a number, if not all non-administrator equivalent users are getting the message:
I didn't notice anything in the event logs. How can I fix this???
Thx

Hi,
In case you have installed all the features of endpoint i.e. PTP & NTP along with Antivirus & AntiSpyware, I would request you to keep only the AV/As feature installed and uninstall the PTP & NTP feature through add/remove program and then check the status.

Sandip,
I finally checked. The server did not/does not have PTP OR NTP installed and users are still getting the message "A necessary file fialed digital signature validation: SAVCProd"
So this issue has not been resolved.

Renamed the file and copied the file from a new install onto the server. Did as recommended and got the following message:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\savcprod.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
This file can not be registered.
