    Hello Eric,

there are some possible reasons for that behavior. Most likeley:

    1. missing driver for NIC or HDD in used PreOS (WinPE)
I suggest to implement the specific driver in to WinPE using Ghost Boot Wizard.
       This article shows you how:
How to add drivers to DeployAnywhere or WinPE
          http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH110136

    2. Maybe that is a different issue. Do you get any further information from that blue screen?

    3. new BIOS in use with new EFI or UEFI?

    4. Do you have build 2266 or 2269 already in place?

What version of Ghost are you using?  If it is a 12 year old version, then it has no Windows 7 capability.

If it is booting to DOS, you may also lack modern hardware support, eg SATA.

On the other hand, if you are using Ghost Solution Suite at the latest 2.5.1.2266 build, then you do have Windows 7 capabilities, but your issue is most likely as described above.

Finally, if you are using a version of NORTON ghost, then look for the link to the Norton community which is in a sticky posting at the top of this forum.
