    Hi,

             In case you have the dump file with you let us know. We will provide you an ftp site where you can upload it and we would download it at our end analyse it and let you know the details.

           Symantec has released the latest version MR5 for endpoint which is compatible with Windows 7. We would request you to try it and let us know the status.
