I upgraded to Windows 10 about 3 weeks ago.  The only incompatible software was Symantec Endpoint Protection.  So when I ran the Windows 10 upgrade, it got rid of the program.  My installation finished and all's been well.  Until I noticed the ungodly amount of space Windows was takinng up now.  Today, it asked me if I wanted to get rid of my old Windows version info now - it hadn't uninstalled the other Windows just yet I now discovered.  Which is why I had purchased online a larger hard drive to compensate.  Got it today, cloned it to the new larger drive.  Popped in the new drive in SATA 1 and bam.  Bootguard.

    Any Ideas?

How is this related to SEP? There is a compatible version for Windows 10 which is 12.1.6.1

Endpoint Protection support for Windows 10

Bootguard should be related to Symantec Endpoint Encryption.
