Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

Hello, I have a small network that has a subscription to SEP SBE Cloud, and a domain controller (running windows small business server 2011 essentials). Until recently, I had no issues running the cloud version of SEP on the windows small business server 2011 essentials domain controller. Unfortunately, the latest version failes to upgrade. I have run the most recent versions of Cleanwipe and CEDAR but the install continues to fail. I recently read the OS is not supported. Are there any other options for this server? And if I choose to download the "On Premise" manager which does support windows small business server 2011 essentials can I continue using the cloud versions for the remaining clients?

SBS 2011 isn't listed under the endpoint requirements but I have a hard time believing it's not supported but SBS 2008 is.

I would download and run the SymDiag tool to see what it says:

You may also want to engage support so they can take a look at why it is failing.
