    open sepm

    select policies

    select firewall policies

    select trafic and stealth settings

if you have checked the option enable os fingerprint masquerading then windows update will not work.coz it will not allow online updates to check what kind of os u have,,check it once if thats the case

SEP will not re-enable Automatic Updates if you have disabled it.

SEP would not do anything to your automatic updates settings...It would not even know what the settings are for windows updates....

Also make sure if the Policy to Re-enable Automatic-Updates is set from Group Policy
