  • 1.  Workflow - Schedule Task as User

    I have a workflow that schedules an imaging task to run. Currently the task gets scheduled with the NS service account. How do I get the task schedule by the user actually running the workflow?

    Running SMP 7.1

    How are you authenticating the user?  Is it a web workflow that they have to sign into?  Use the cradentals from that user to schegule the task.

    Your on an older version of WF.  Still, the concept is the same.  The token you use there will be what shows up in the ITMS console (shows up as the one who scheduled the task).

    Option 2, log the action in some SQL DB who ran what and when... if your looking for tracking/auditing
