The forums are the only place where you are limited to selecting one region. If you were creating another type of content you would be able to select multiple regions. The same applies to the product communities where you also only select one product. This is due to the nature of a conversation thread and being able to identify which product or region the conversation is taking place in. This is typical for community forum behavior.
Thanks for your feedback, we will keep this in mind as we continue to evolve the forums on Symantec Connect as it is a request that does come up frequently.

So at the moment, if I want to target all Partner regions, I have to create duplicate forum threads.
Connect Etiquette: "Mark as Solution" those posts which resolve your problem, and give a thumbs up to useful comments, articles and downloads.
Yes, that is correct. I'm going to keep track of your request, so that when we are able to address this issue from the overall Connect perspective we'll have the information. Perhaps there can be some type of "global" region. The Partner community is a bit different from the product communities, so we might have a few other options.
