The Standalone version is available in the SEP installation folders. It is not available via SMP related offerings.
When I open the Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP6_Full_Installation_EN package downloaded from File Connect, or from inside my.symantec.com licensing portal, in the Tools folder there is an ITAnalytics folder.
In this ITAnalytics folder I find the Install and User Guides, as well as the SymantecSEPITAnalytics.msi installation file.
