We have ITA installed now and was able to play with some of the canned reports. Looking forward into finding videos on creating dashboards and reports not found in the included ones. However, really can't find any documentation or video of value that will do a step by step walk through. Maybe we're missing something in the installation, but whenever we go through dashboards found in ALL REPORTS section, we get a Navigation to the webpage was cancelled or page can not be found. Any suggestions on why we see that and any site that has some additional guidelines on how to videos or documentations?

Many of these are canned reports though using the Cubes it is quite easy to create what you need. You can find many useful videos here on the Monitor Community which is approx 20+ already but i will always continue to keep creating them as needed and also by request for certain areas.

Just reviewed the video. Are these reports canned reports or created by the user? Looking forward in getting this product when we upgrade to v7.1 within the next month. if you have any other useful tips or videos, let me know.
