This video demostates how to use the  CMS and SMS 7 technologies to effect the following types of changes on remote systems:

  • Use Remote Manager the administrator can ping a remote system, perform and port check, and determine basics communication for that remote system
  • Use Real Time System Manager to view the remote systems and view the modify the status of the services running, change the administrative passwords, and interact with vPro supported systems
  • Use pcAnywhere to remotely connect and manage the systems, transfer files, chat, and session recording functionality
  • Use Deployment Solution to deploy an image file to the remote system to reimage and rebuild the system
