The sheer quantity and complexity of the Inventory Data you begin to collect when implementing the many components of the IT Management Suite can be overwhelming at first. As a result, one of the most common questions I get asked when working with customers is "When I start making reports, how will I find the right tables?"
In this video I present the commonly used methods that I use when demonstrating the many ways of tracking down exactly where the valuable pieces of information can be found when constructing a report from raw SQL or using the built-in Report Builder.
